When you work at UPCCC, you will be joining a highly-experienced, knowledgeable, and progressive team of educators. We work hard to promote a positive working environment where all staff are supported to work to their best ability while being valued as an integral part of a team.


Our Management Committee understands the value of attracting, employing and retaining top-quality staff whose personal philosophy and ideas are closely aligned with those of the Centre. UPPPC is a wonderful place to work with more than half our educators having been employed with us for more than 10 years.

  • study leave for staff who want to upgrade their existing qualifications.

 

Every year, our Centre closes for a pupil-free day so that our whole team can participate in a tailored professional development experience.

Current positions

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and passionate people interested in working full-time, part-time or as casual relief educators.

What qualifications do I need?

​

  • A Certificate 3 in Children’s Education and Care or higher qualification

  • A Working with Vulnerable People registration

  • Experience working with children under five years of age

​
